...Conducted by Bob January, is a small 'brass band' consisting of three trumpets, two trombones, euphonium,
tuba, bass drummer/cymbal player, snare/trap drummer, and synthesizer, and
five woodwinds (flute/piccolo, Eb clarinet, Bb clarinet, alto sax, tenor
sax, and baritone saxophone), and (optionally) one vocalist. This group
numbers only eighteen, but, due to the unique orchestrations, and the extraordinary
abilities of the musicians, it produces a full and varied sound of a traditional
concert band at park concerts and special events, in the style of the Sousa
band. |

Trombone, Light Cavalry Overture, Leroy Anderson's Trumpeter's Lullaby,
the latest newly-discovered work by PDQ Sousa (John Philip Sousa's untalented
nephew), Teddy Bear's Picnic, and a circus march.
