aka Music from the Rainbow Room
...Is a unique group of musicians, consisting of one violin, one viola, one cello, one piano, and bass, Bob leads the band and plays clarinet and tenor saxophone. Sometimes, a guitarist and/or vocalist is added, for a total of seven or eight musicians.
This group is musically under construction.
With this group, Bob plays for small weddings and other gatherings attended by up to one hundred persons. As there is no drumthe sound is mellow and non-intrusive. Bob loves the process of orchestrating for new groups of musicians,assembling and rehearsing the individual musicians, and creating music for new and different occasions.
